If there are any worries or concerns in relation to a swimmers progress, these should in the first instance be raised with Head Coach, Graham Nash.
Any other concerns should be addressed to either the Chairperson or Welfare Officer, dependent on their nature.
The Club is always keen to resolve any internal issues by dialogue, failing which information will be provided as to the Swim England Complaint Resolution Process.
